Heyyy !


Srry cuz I disappeared for almost a week ! . . I,v been really busy , my leg injury is fucked up so I can’t run till I don’t know when , and I’v messed up my 50 days diet BUT I’m back on track so tomorrow 100 cal only , just 2 remind my self . . What’s bothering me is that I can’t run !!!! I want 2 burn calories and lose fat ! Wtf I’m pessed offff !!


Any way , the important thing is that I’m back on track and I’ll try 2 find other thing than running .

PlZZZzzz I need advices on what can I do for exercising .

*breakfast: skim milk + 1 egg = 124 calories


*snack: 1 skim milk + 1 apple + cucumber + little bit of chocolate


So total of all that was 377 
I did some running + skipping + walking in skool + talking = -200

So 377-200=177 

And for dinner I had fruit salad and green tea


So [327 calories for today]‏​‏​

And I’v just had ponegranate and red orange yoghurt for dinner (112 calories)
